ABOUT US

Located in Newport, Kentucky, right across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Rowing Club (CRC) is a thriving community of adult rowers of all backgrounds, ages, and skill levels. Current members range from novices who just learned to row to scullers who competed at the 2020 Olympic trials. We row recreationally as well as competitively at regattas across the country.

If you are looking to enter the sport, we offer summer classes in learning how to row. If you have rowed in the past and are looking to get back into the sport, get in touch with us! Though we are primarily a sculling club, there are many sweep rowers in our ranks, and we have a number of shells that can be rigged for either discipline.

Since their inception in 1993, CJRC has consistently ranked as one of the dominant programs in the Midwest, if not the whole country, producing myriad national champions, Olympians, and world-class rowers.
